If the tracking link for your order updates to 'returned to sender' this means that it is on its way back to our warehouse. This can be for a number of reasons such as retention exceeded at the post office, incorrect address or if the order has been refused.
Once the tracking has updated to this messaging please get in touch with our customer service team at cs@sixways.co. They will then be able to refund you for the order minus shipping costs so that you are able to place a new one!
