Our warehouse work really quickly, so it's very difficult for us to make any changes to your order once it's been placed. We cannot change the delivery option, payment method or products in your order, however we may be able to change your shipping address if you let us know as soon as you possibly can at cs@sixways.co.
If you wish to change the items in your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. Get in touch with us at cs@sixways.co and depending on how long has passed since you have placed your order, you may still be able to cancel it.
If it's too late to cancel the order, you can still return any unwanted items for a refund once we've received them, please reach out to cs@sixways.co and we can assist you further!
